Bayless welcomes the Class of 2030. Registration is on March 1, 2017 from 8 am - 2:30 PM in the district auditorium across the street from the Elementary. We will also offer registration on March 15th from 3:30 - 5:30 PM and on March 16th from 12:30 - 5:30 PM just inside the Elementary entrance and on Thursday, April 6 - 8:00 - 2:30 in the district auditorium.
Students must be five years old before August 1, 2017. Bayless offers a full day, tuition-free kindergarten program. Forms and a list of required documents will be available HERE

Character at Bayless
Bayless Elementary is a 2016 National School of Character. Bayless High School and Bayless Junior High were named National Schools of Character in 2014. Bayless School District is also a 2016 National District of Character.
The goal of the National Schools of Character (NSOC) awards program is to recognize all schools and districts that demonstrate an exemplary level of implementation of Character Education Partnership's Eleven Principles of Effective Character Education. The NSOC designation is renewable after five years. The awards recognize the level of excellence schools and districts have achieved in the Eleven Principles of Effective Character Education of Effective Character Education. These principles guide the process of creating a culture based on the community’s shared values.
