AFTER SCHOOL ATHLETIC EVENT EXPECTATIONS
Bayless High School Youth Spectator Policy
All students and children currently enrolled (age K-5th grade) must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult to be admitted to or remain at athletic events. We expect all students and children (ages K-5th grade) to remain under the supervision of the adult that they are attending the event with. Youth spectators (K-5th grade) will not be admitted to the stadium without a designated adult. ANY YOUTH SPECTATORS WITHOUT A DESIGNATED ADULT WILL BE SUPERVISED OUTSIDE THE STADIUM UNTIL THEIR PARENTS COME TO PICK THEM UP OR ACCOMPANY THEM TO THE EVENT. Youth spectators grades 6-8 may attend games without an adult at this time Bayless Junior High will have staff supervision on site and may have special requirements for BJH students attending games. If students grades 6-8 disrupt the athletic contest through poor behavior or actions, BHS will implement the policy used for grades K-5. BHS will not tolerate any attention being drawn away from a high school athletic events. Good character, behavior, and sportsmanship are required from all attendees (including parents) at all BHS events. This is especially important as we transition to later evening events. BHS students grades 9-12 are encouraged to attend all home (or away contests) and cheer loudly. BHS students should always demonstrate good behavior. Let's have a great academic and athletic school year. Go Bronchos!
